I loved this book. It was
unusual in that the heroine is a moonshiner and the hero is a detective.
Like all of Carolyn Brown books the H /H are full of personality and
spunk and I always find something to tickle my funny bone when I pick
one up. There is no sex in this book and I don't believe there's any
cussing either (but its been a while since I read it) . The only thing
that makes me hesitate to recommend it to the YA readers is that there's
a few passionate kisses (involving tongues - which I found totally
unneccesary) and that spoils things a bit because I really hoped my
daughter could read it after me. That being said "Sweet Tilly " is one of my favorite C.B. books.
